Ingredients:
Marination
1 tbsp calamansi
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt
Coating
1/2 flour
1/2 cornstarch
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
Sauce
1/2 ketchup
1/4 hot sauce (desire amount)
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
Butter
Procedures..
Marinate the chicken atleast 1 hr.
Mix well all the ingredients for marination
Calamansi Juice, pepper, and salt.
1. In separate bowl, add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder and then mix well.
2. Coat the chicken with flour mixture
3. Fry until light brown around 10 to 12 minutes
4. After frying let it sit for 15minutes, then put the wings back to the oil, fry until golden brown.
5. In a separate pan, add the butter and saute garlic.
6. Add the ketchup, hotsauce, soy sauce and sugar, cook until thick.
7. Add the fried wings and coat well
8. Serve, share and enjoy!
