Hi everyone welcome to our channel. In this video I gonna show you how to make quick and easy tipid meals, low budget, low cost nachos recipe. If happened that you can’t tortilla chips because the store ran out of stock. No worries we will use an affordable alternative to it as we gonna be using Mr. Chips a corn chips snack with just the right crunch and flavor that is exactly what you want in every chip 😉 so let’s get started:
Ingredients:
3 packs Mr. Chips
Minced pork
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Hot chili liquid seasoning
Fresh chilies – optional
Chopped tomato
Chopped onions
Chopped cucumber
Mustard
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Procedure for minced pork toppings:
1. In a pan simmer the minced pork to its excess water, sweating process for few mins until tender ( do not add an oil because the oil will come out later on from the fat of minced pork )
2. Add salt and pepper. Mix well and simmer for few mins.
3. Add soy sauce, mix well
4. Add hot chili liquid seasoning and oyster sauce, mix well and simmer for few mins.
5. Add paprika mix well and simmer
6. Add the fresh chilies – this is optional only. At this point you continue to mix/fry to it’s own oil as you can see that is why we did not add oil in the beginning because we avoid to much oil :). Continue to fry for few mins and we are done it looks really delicious already. Make sure you remove excess oil. Set aside.
In another container:
1. Assemble the one pack of Mr. chips
——– In a creative and artistic way 😉 ————
2. Add the cheddar cheese
3. Add the the ketchup
4. Add the mustard
5. Add the mayonnaise
Repeat steps 1-5 to make 3 layers. And for the final steps of the toppings:
6. Add the half of onions
7. Add the half of tomatoes
8. Add half of cucumbers
9. Add the minced pork
10. Add the remaining onions, tomatoes, cucumbers in the middle. Top it with cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise. We are done!.
Serve and enjoy eating together with your loved ones.
