My first try of this peri peri chicken recipe and it was so good and yummy result.
For the ingredients:
Fresh chicken
Rosemary
(Mixture for Marinate)
garlic
bell pepper
pepper to taste
seasoning
lemon or calamansi
olive oil
paprika
garlic powder (optional)
dried oregano
garlic powder (optional)
honey and sugar to balance the taste(optional)
Blend all the ingredients and brush all over the chicken and marinate for an hour.

For bake veggies
Slice carrots, potatoes,brocolli.
bell pepper and white onion (optional)
Drizzle with olive oil
put salt and pepper
Bake for about 30mins in 150°
