INGREDIENTS
• 1 x 3.5 – 5 Pound Whole Chicken
• 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
• 2 tsp Good Salt
• 1 tsp Granulated Garlic
• 1 tsp Dried Thyme
METHOD
• Preheat your oven to 450 celsius
• Mix your spices and salt together and rub all over the inside and outside of your chicken. Don’t
leave any spice mixture behind and make sure you cover the whole chicken.
• Once rubbed, place your chicken breast side down into a baking dish. The chicken should sit
snugly, not a lot of room around it.
• Bake for 30 minutes.
• After 30 minutes, put a lid on your dish and turn the oven down to 375 celsius. Bake for an
additional 50 minutes.
• After 50 minutes, remove your chicken from the oven, transfer to a plate and let it rest…
