How to make Paprika Pork

A delicious meal served with boiled rice, healthy and nutritional, add some Chorizo Sausage for a spicy kick.

You will need

590g Pork Loin Steaks
2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
1 large Onion
350g Mushrooms
1 level tbsp smoked Paprika
250ml Chicken Stock
3 level tbsp Tomato Pur6
2 level tbsp Cornflour
4 tbsp Reduced Fat Soured Cream

Cut the pork into strips, heat the oil in the pan and cook the pork in batches. Tip into a bowl, with the juices.
Heat the rest of the oil in the pan, add the onion and cook over a medium heat until soft. Add the mushrooms and cook for a another 8 minutes.
Return the pork to the pan and stir until hot, stir in the paprika, chicken stock and tomato puree, simmer for 5 minutes. Mix the cornflour with a little cold water and add to the pan, bring to the boil, then remove from the heat and stir in the soured cream. Serve with Rice.
