INGREDIENTS:
5 lbs. Russet Potatoes
1 tbsp. freshly chopped thyme
1 tbsp. freshly chopped Rosemary
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning
1/4 tsp All purpose seasoning
1-2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil or any oil of your choosing
salt + pepper to taste
