This recipe is not Vegan because I use Gelatin but it can be substituted with Agar Agar if you are okay with Seaweed. It’s great for macaroni and cheese (especially with gluten free pasta), Lasagna, Pizza, sandwiches, and much more, it does not grate but melts and spreads beautifully. It is a yummy way to get your veggies without even knowing they are there! Enjoy!
P.S. Before I added the Zucchini and Garnet Yam, I boiled them in water until tender and then allowed them to cool.
