Paella is a renown Spanish dish with its characteristic golden colored rice flavored with saffron. This paella recipe takes a luxurious twist with the addition of fresh lobster. For a more flavorful broth to add to the rice, you can make a fresh lobster stock from the leftover shells and bodies. Take a look at this amazing recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp Garlic
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
1/2 medium Onion
1 whole Tomato
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tbsp Smoked Spanish Paprika
1 cup Bomba Rice
2 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Lobster Broth
1 tsp Saffron
Salt, to taste
1/2 cup Peas
1lb Muscles
2 lb Lobster
2 whole Lemons
4 bunches of Rosemary
1 tbsp Parsley
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat the pan on medium heat
2. Oil in
3. Garlic in for 1 minute
4. Red & Yellow Bell Peppers in for 2 minutes
5. Onion in for 2 minutes
6. Tomatoes in for 1 minute
7. Make a well in the middle of the pan and add the Tomato Puree for 1 minute
8. Smoked Spanish Paprika in for 1 minute
9. Toast the Bomba rice
10. Make a well in the middle of the pan and add the rice for 30 seconds then mix in
11. Add the Chicken & Lobster Broths
12. Add the Saffron
13. Let this simmer until you can see the top of the rice
14. Add the Peas, Muscles, and Lobster
15. Add the Garnish: Caramelized Lemon, Torched Rosemary, and chopped Parsley
