KIMCHI
👉Ingridients:
Chinese Pechay
Carrots
Ginger
Garlic
Onion Spring
Fish Sauce
Apple Vinegar
Sugar
Salt
Paprika
Chili Paste Or Flakes
👉Procedure:
Wash Thoroughly all the Vegetables and Drain
Slice thinly the Onion Spring, Ginger, Carrots, Onion and minced the Garlic, Slice according to desired size The Chinese Cabbage/Pechay.
👉Put Salt to the Cabbage/Pechay and make a Good Squeezed until tender and leave for about 20 minutes, after wash it with running water to removed excess salt and let it drain while
👉Pour n a Pan the Apple Vinegar Sugar Fish Sauce and the Sliced Ginger, Garlic ,Carrots, Onion, Paprika ,Chili Flakes and Bring to a Boil for about 30 minutes to get the desired consistency,
👉Then place your Squeezed Chinese Cabbage/ Pechay to a Heat Resistance Container and Pour your Sauce and Mix It Well
It will be more Tasty When Cold
Use as an Appetizer
