There were times, kdy Hungary wasnt all about paprika. This recipe from 15. century shows a way, how Czech people think, that Hungarian dish looks like these days.

Ingredients:

1 Chicken

Stuffing:
50g Bacon
150g Millet
40ml Double cream
handfull of Raisins
2 eggs

Yellow sauce:
200ml double cream
Saffron
Ginger
sugar
1 egg yolk
