Paprika is the national spice of Hungary. I planted heirloom paprika peppers from seeds direct from Hungary this year to make my very own paprika powder. Growing your own organic vegetables in your home garden is so satisfying, especially when you can turn that into a spice I use often in my own cooking. In this video, I will show you how to plant, grow, and harvest heirloom Hungarian Paprika Peppers and make homemade paprika powder.

If you are interested in purchasing these seeds imported from Hungary, I purchased them from Renee’s Garden. I also saved some seeds from this years harvest and can send them directly to you. Send me a message and I would be happy to mail you some seeds for $2.50
