STANDARD INGREDIENTS:

1 kg mutton – meat
3 tsp Hungarian sweet paprika or degi mirch
3/4 tsp salt – namak
2 pinch of saffron – zafran
1/4 cup millet flour – bajre ka aata
1 tsp sesame oil – till tel
2 tbsp Butter for shallow fry
2)~Goulash Masala
4 red dry chilli
1 tbsp caraway seed – shahi jeera
1 tbsp thyme
6 cloves – llong
1 mace – javitri
2 tbsp sweet Hungarian paprika – degi mirch
13 garlic cloves – lahsun
3)~Tadka – Tempering
1 cup red wine
3 onion – pyaz
3 tomato
2 bay leaf – tej patta
3/4 tbsp salt – namak
2 litre Veg broth or chicken broth or water
