1/3 cup chilli flakes
2 tbs toasted sesame seeds
1/2 tbs paprika / chilli powder
1 tbs Sichuan peppercorns /black peppercorns
11/2 cup light cooking oil
6 star anise
2 sticks cinnabar
6 bay leaves
1 tbs fennel seeds
1 tbs cumin seeds
3 pcs cloves
6 slices ginger
2 stalks spring onion
3 cloves garlic
