Hey guys!! In this video I made a SUPER easy Crispy Hash Brown Eggs Benedict!! This dish is so freakin good and so simple to make!! The Crispness of the Hash browns go so well with the creaminess of the Hollandaise sauce and a perfectly poached egg!! Absolutely amazing!! I think this recipe is one of those recipes that you can enjoy at any time, since Thanksgiving is coming up soon, this would be a perfect Thanksgiving brunch!! HASH BROWN:
1 TABLESPOON UNSALTED BUTTER
1 TEASPOON MINCED GARLIC
1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
2 WHOLE POTATOES
1/4 TEASPOON OF SMOKED PAPRIKA
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
HOLLANDAISE SAUCE:
3 EGG YOLKS
1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
1 TEASPOON DIJON MUSTARD
1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER
1/4 TEASPOON CAYENNE PEPPER
SALT TO TASTE
POACHED EGGS
2 TEASPOON VINEGAR
2 WHOLE EGGS
