In this video, I’ll show you how to make this world’s famous shrimp scampi from the North Shore of Oahu, Giovanni’s Shrimp Truck! A must try in Oahu’s North shore coz this is the best shrimp truck in Hawaii! Shrimps were marinated in olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt & lemon juice. It’s so full of flavor!
INGREDIENTS
12 pcs headless shrimps (deveined)
1 whole head of garlic (minced)
5 tbsp butter
1/3 cup olive oil (divided)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 lemon (divided)
