This video is about How to make Garlic & Paprika Cashews. Adapted from a recipe that I got from James Haskells cookery book. I played around with a couple of elements until I got something I liked. I am a big fan of the old cashew, and so for me, no other nuts will do, but you can obviously add others as you feel you want. The nuts keep for as long as it takes you to consume them….

Ingredients:
200g Raw Cashews
100ml Rapeseed Oil (if you prefer olive, this will do also)
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/8th tsp Garlic Salt
Salt & Pepper.
