◦ 2 tbsp olive oil
◦ 4 cloves garlic chopped
◦ 2 cups onions chopped
◦ 1 tbsp sundried tomatoes
◦ 1 tsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
◦ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
◦ 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
◦ 2 tbsp dash seasoning
◦ 1 tbsp cumin
◦ 1 tbsp oregano
◦ 1 tbsp smoked paprika
◦ 2 tbsp chili powder
◦ 2 cans chopped tomatoes
◦ 3 cans red kidney beans
◦ 2 cups bell peppers sliced
◦ 1/2 cup scallions chopped
◦ 2 tbsp thyme
◦ 2 tbsp parsley
