Golden brown on top with crispy skin, yet soft inside. Absolutely delicious! A must try!
Ingredients needed:
4 slices salmon ( about 6 oz each)
Dry herb mix:
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp rosemary

1and 1/2 tbs olive oil
1 grated garlic
1 sprig fresh finely chopped thyme
about 4 fresh finely chopped basil leaves
1/8 tsp kosher salt

For searing:
2 tbs butter
2 tbs olive oil

You can substitute fresh seasoning for dry by adding 1 tsp of each to dry herbs mix.
