Ingredients for marinade
Sweet paprika
Lemon juice
Garlic
Vinegar
Bangus
Direction:
1.mix all the marinade sauce then Let it sit for 15 mins meanwhile clean the Bangus (fish)open start from the tail going upward or head make sure u did it on the back of the fosh not in the belly or stomach then remove all the dirty stuff then wash and dry using paper towel
2.rub it with marinade sauce and let it sit for 30 minutes before frying
3.heat the oil and fry the fish make sure u cover it to prevent splashing
4.serve with rice
