How To Make Chicken Curry.
In this Step by Step Video on Making this tried and tested curry chicken, you don’t need a lot of exotic ingredients to achieve this beautiful, flavorful dish.
It’s a meal you and your family would always enjoy.
For the sauce, you’ll be needing the following ingredients to make a size that serves 8-10 people:
800 grams soft Chicken cut in bite sizes (serves 10)
2 medium Onions (chopped)
2 teaspoons, Ginger (grated)
2 teaspoons, Garlic (pureed)
Hot Fresh peppers chopped or pureed; to taste
1 tablespoon Curry Powder or fresh paste
1 teaspoon turmeric (fresh or powder)
1 teaspoon Cumin (seed or powdered)
Salt to taste
4/3 tablespoon (2 Cubes) chicken seasoning or to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper (crushed or powdered)
2 – 3 Medium sweet peppers aka paprika
4 medium carrots cut in 1/2 inch rounds
Some vegetable oil
Irish Potatoes or Corn flour
Marinate Chicken bits with above Ingredients and seasonings, place in a bowl with lid or a cling film and allow to marinate for 1 hour or place overnight in the fridge.
To start, Have in mind that you have the freedom to adjust the ingredients as well as the quantity.
Feel free to thicken with either irish potatoes or corn flour to your prefered consistency.
I suggest you get all the ingredients prepared before cooking.
Also, source for fresh vegetables as this makes a big difference.
