Ingredients 👇👇
1 whole chicken
4 clove garlic minced
1 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp cayenne pepper

batter

1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup cold water
oil for frying
