This is a classic recipe of my mother’s. This is a step by step how to cook from start to finish. These Onion Barjis or pakoras are the best little snack to make quickly if you have someone pop round unexpectedly. To be honest it’s a great snack anytime of the day.
Ingredients:
1 cup Gram flour
Salt
2 onions
1-2 if you like hot Green chillis (optional)
Half a bunch of Fresh coriander
1 & 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
Water
Vegetable oil
