Chipotle’s COPYCAT SOFRITAS | High Protein MEXICAN Style Tofu VEGAN Recipe

Standard Ingredient:
Step1)
~1st Marinade For 20 Minutes~
350 grams tofu
1tsp avocado oil – olive oil
1/2tsp origao
1/4tsp turmeric – haldi
1/4tsp paprika – kashmiri mirch
1/4tsp garam masala
1/8tsp amchur powder – dry mango powder
1/8tsp salt – namak

Step2)
~2nd Marinade For 1 Hours~
3TBSP SOFRITAS

Step3)
~Tempering-Tadka~
1 CUP pre made SOFRITAS
2 medium onion – piyaaz
1 inch ginger – adhrak
1tsp garlic – lasun
1/2 fresh lemon – nimbu
1tsp salt – namak
1/4tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp Italian herbs
1/2tsp paprika – kashmiri mirch
1/8tsp roasted cumin powder – bhunna jeera
1/8tsp red chilli – laal mirch
2 pinch of black powder- kaali mirch

3 string scallion – hra piyaaz
1 bunch parsley
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves – pudina
2TBSP avocado oil – olive oil
