Chicken salted egg
Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken wings
1 tbsp calamansi
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt
1/2 flour
1/2 cornstarch
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
5-7 salted egg yolk
Margarine
1 tbsp chili flakes
Procedures..
Marinate the chicken atleast 1 hr.
Mix well all the ingredients for marination
Calamansi Juice, pepper, and salt.
1. In separate bowl, add the flour, cornstarch, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder and then mix well.
2. Coat the chicken with flour mixture
3. Fry until light brown around 10 to 12 minutes
4. After frying let it sit for 15minutes, then put the wings back to the oil, fry until golden brown.
5. In a separate pan, add the butter and saute garlic.
6. Add the chili flakes for 1 minute.
7. Add the salted egg yolk.
7. Put the fried wings and coat well
8. Serve, share and enjoy!
