Chicken Mazila Mishkaki

What you will need:-
2 boneless chicken breast
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3 cloves of garlic minced
200ml ilara mazila
1 teaspoon honey
2 lime – juice
10 wooden Skewers soaked in water
4 large green peppers
Method

What to do:-

Cut the chicken breast into medium size cubes, put in a bowl add the oil, salt, black pepper, turmeric, paprika, garlic, mazila ilara, honey and lime juice. Give it a good mix using your hands so that the flavors coat all over the chicken cubes. Let the marinated chicken stand at room temperature for 15 minutes so that the infusion magic happens, on the other hand cut your green peppers into medium cubes then start threading your chicken alternating with the green peppers at least 3 chicken cubes per skewer. 
Place a pan on medium flame let it be hot enough then spray a little oil, you want it to be really hot then straight ahead throw about 5 skewers in the pan turning often so that they cook even on both sides you want a good golden color on the skewers then Finish off with the other five. If you want you can grill them from a charcoal grill.

Serve with Delicious Ilara mazila in a bowl. 

NB: if you wish can Pour the remaining marinade into a pan add in some remaining mazila place over medium heat and reduce to make a good sauce for dipping the skewers.
