CHICKEN KIEV is thr sumptuous dish that juicy inside covered in a crispy crust.

INGREDIENTS..

BUTTER MIXTURE..

6 tablespoon unsAlted butter
4cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
3tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon lemon just
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme

FOR CHICKEN..

4 chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
1cup all purpose flour
2teaspoon salt
2egg
2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 paprika
1teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2cups vegetable oil for frying…
