For the Marinade

3 chicken breast’s
1tsp corriander seeds
2tsp curry powder
1tsp paprika
1tsp cumin
250g full fat yogurt

For the Curry

1 whole large white onion
thumb size piece of ginger
3 garlic cloves
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp tumeric
1 tsp curry powder
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp ground corriander
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp chilli powder
500ml tomato possatta
250ml coconut cream
1/2 bunch corriander

For the Rice

1 cup of rice
2 cups of water

source
