Ingredients: 3-4 serve with white rice

1 cup of fresh Yuca grated
18-25 large shrimp
1 can of coconut milk
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper(bell pepper)
1 medium onion
1 large tomato
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. paprika
Cilantro and salt to taste
1 tbsp. ginger grated
1 tbsp. butter
About 2-3 cups of water or more as need it
3 tbsp. olive oil
Ps: after added Yuca turn down the heat(low heat) and cover until cook | cook all shrimp in separate pan in high heat.

Ingredientes: 3-4 sirva com arroz branco

1 xícara de mandioca(aipim) fresco ralado
18-25 camarões grandes
1 lata de leite de coco
1/2 pimenta vermelha
1/2 pimenta verde (pimentão)
1 cebola média
1 tomate grande
3-4 dentes de alho
1 Colher de Sopa. páprica
Coentro e sal a gosto
1 Colher de Sopa. gengibre ralado
1 Colher de Sopa. manteiga
Cerca de 2-3 xícaras de água ou mais, conforme necessário
3 colheres de sopa. azeite
Obs: depois de adicionar a mandioca abaixe o fogo (fogo baixo) e tampe até cozinhar bem | cozinhe todos os camarões em uma panela separada em fogo alto.
