Perfect campfire recipe. How to make tasty cheesy scrambled eggs:
1) Fry the chanterelles (wild mushrooms) in oil and butter.
2) Add the onion. You can cut it into small pieces or into rings. Depending on the mood.
3) We made meatballs from the homemade sausage. I did not manage to form them, Andrew helped.
4) Add beans.
5) Then we decided to add garlic. You can simply crush or grind it. The same story, depending on mood and very individually.
6) Bell pepper. I love it not only for its taste but also for color. We want to make an attractive picture, as we are food bloggers.
7) Add cream.
8) Eggs. You can beat them, or just break and mix with all the ingredients in a pan.
9) Basil. Red pepper, green leaves. To make it tasty and beautiful.
10) As to spices – my favorite standard set: black pepper, salt, turmeric, smoked paprika.
