2 garlic clove
1 egg
1/3 of a cup breadcrumbs
1 1/2 tea spoon Salt
2/3 tablespoons coriander powder
1 tbsp cheaply kebab masala
1 tbsp paprika
1 tea spoon black pepper powder
1 tbsp Sikh kebab masala
1 tbsp olive oil

750 grams of Premium mince (beef )

For cooking
3 tbsp olive oil
Some salads and Sauce
Cheese and bread 🥯

Ingredients :in Farsi _

۱دانه پياز متوسط
۱ عدد کچالو موتوسط
۲ عدد سير
۱عدد تخم مرغ
۱/۳پياله نان خشک کوبيده شده
۱ ۱/۲ قاشق چای نمک
۲/۳ قاشق غذا پودر گشنيس
۱ قاشق غذا مساله چپلي کباب
۱ قاشق غذا فلفل سرخ
۱ قاشق چای پودر مرچ سياه
۱ قاشق غذا مساله سيخ کباب.

۷۵۰ گرام گوشت گاو کوبيده بدون چربي
۱قاشق غذاروغن زيتون

برای سرخ کردن برگر :
۳ قاشق غذا روغن زيتون
سالاد و سوس
پنير برگر و نان برگر
