This is what I call the healthy, gluten free, keto pizza. An oat flour pizza crust like no other. Super soft and tasty, you won’t even tell it’s gluten-free. Take care of your gut and your body will thank you later.
to make this gluten-free pizza crust, you”ll need:
3 cups of oat flour
2/3 cup of room temperature water
1 TBSP sweetener of your choice (I used date powder), sugar, coconut sugar, honey are ok.
1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
TOPPINGS of your choice:
Cheeses of your choice (I used freshly grated Parmesan and a mix of Mexican cheeses)
Add other toppings (Mushrooms, bell pepper, pepperoni, ground meat, olives, etc..)
To make the tomato sauce:
1 can of organic tomato sauce
black pepper
salt
paprika
onion powder
garlic powder
fresh basil leaves
1 bay leaf
dried oregano
fennel seeds
