How to cook salmon in the cream sauce recipe

INGREDIENTS
Salmon
Champignons
Paprika
Tomatoes

Cream

PREPARATION

2) Cut dill and garlic, add to the sauce. Stir constantly. Put salt. Cook until thickened.
3) Put a piece of butter there.
4) Pour olive oil in another pan, put a piece of butter.
5) After the oil melted, spread the salmon, fry, drizzling with fat from the pan. Put a sprig of rosemary, garlic, and salted fish.
6) Spread whole vegetables on the grill. Fry on all sides.
7) Put the pan-seared salmon on a plate.

To prepare a successful cream sauce, you should take the as fat cream as possible, you can add hard suluguni cheese or any other. The main thing is not to take off the fish in time, otherwise you risk to overdry it. For serving, it is better to cool the sauce completely, so it will thicken and have a more delicate taste.

To avoid the presence of lumps in the sauce, pour not warm but cold cream in a well-heated pan with butter. To prevent the hot oil and butter from firing, dry the fish in advance, for this, dampen the steaks with a paper towel. It is recommended to wash in cold water, otherwise the taste and juiciness will be lost. Not only cream but also milk or sour cream are suitable for the sauce. To make it thicker, you can add a little wheat flour.
