HI GUYS,JUST WANT TO SHARE A EASY RECIPE MADE FROM TOMATO,
SHAKSHUKA RECIPE
HERE THE INGREDIENTS;
4PCS OF BIG TOMATO(RIPE)
4 EGGS
COOKING OIL
SALT AND BLACK PEPPER
1TBLESPOONS OF TOMATO PASTE
1 LARGE ONION DICE
1 OR 1/2TEASPOON OF SWEET PAPRIKA
1OR 1/2 TEASPOON OF GROUND CUMINS
1/2 OF SUGAR
1 TEASPOON OF CHILI FLAKES
GARNISH OF CILANTRO/PARSLEY/MINT
COOK TIME 20 TO 30 MINS.
INSTRUCTION TO COOK:
1.HEAT THE OLIVE OIL /ANY COOKING OIL IRON SKILLET.ADD ONIONS.GARLICS,COOK STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
2.ADD FRESH TOMATOES MIX ALL.COVER AND LET SIMMER FOR A MINUTES.
3/UNCOVER COOK A BITS ADD SPICES(SALT, BLACK PEPPER,TOMATO PASTE, SWEET PAPRIKA,GROUND CUMINS,CHILI FLAKES,SUGAR)TASTE AND ADJUST THE SEASONING TO YOUR TASTE
4.USING WOODEN SPOON,MAKE 4 INDENTATIONS OR WELL IN THE TOMATO MIXTURE,GENTLY CRACKS THE EGGS INTO EACH INDENTION.
5.REDUCE THE HEAT AND COVER THE SKILLET.COOK LOW UNTIL THE EGG ARE SET(COOKED)
6.UNCOVER AND ADD THE FRESH PARSLEY OR CORIENDER OR MINT.SERVE WITH THE BREAD FOR YOUR CHOICE.
