Ingredients:

2cups Basmati rice
Whole Chicken cut into half
1/4 cup ghee (butter or oil will do)
2pcs large onion
8 cloves garlic
1 large tomato
1 capsicum
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 and 1/2 tsp curry powder (kabsa spices)
1/2 tsp coriander powder (optional)
3pcs cloves
3pcs cardamom
1 pc dried lemon
Bayleaf
Cinnamon stick
3/4 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tbsp tomato paste
Almond nuts (for toppings)

Paprika for the chicken before baking(optional)
