🔥 BBQ pork loin Mac and cheese🔥
hey guys!! I’ve been busy working on some new epic meals for this lean bulking season and here is one you must try!! this is an awesome meal for you lean bulk, very tasty and satisfying but not too over filling that will prevent you from getting in all your required calories for 💪 lean muscle gain. 💪

Ingredients:
✅ 1/2 cup fat-free milk
✅ 5 oz cups shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese (150g)
✅ 1/3 cup fat-free cottage cheese
✅ 1.5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
✅ Pepper to taste
✅ 1-1/2 cups elbow macaroni (raw) (160g)
✅ add your veggie of choice to make this dish more epic
✅ Paprika
✅ Salt
✅ 100g pork loin (raw weight)
✅ 0 calorie BBQ sauce
1️⃣ Cook pork on a skillet, season with salt and pepper
2️⃣ Boil pasta until 95% cooked, not too soft, drain set aside
3️⃣ In a blender or food processor, combine the milk, cheeses, flour and pepper. blend until creamy. Pour into a bowl,
4️⃣ stir in macaroni and veggies. Transfer to a small to medium baking dish coated with cooking spray.
5️⃣ Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 min to 1 hour or until heated through and completely melted.
6️⃣ Add the cooked pork loin on top with some BBQ sauce and enjoy.
note: you can add the pork and extra cheese after you take it out of the oven or let it all cook together.
