Ingredients:
6 tortilla wraps
500g ground beef
200g snack paprika
200g cheddar cheese
50g tomatoe paste
3 spring onions
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili flakes
Fry the beef with a bit oil in a hot pan and mix a few minutes. Meanwhile cut the paprika & onions in pieces. After a few minutes give the paprika & onions in the pan. Mix a few minutes and scatter salt, pepper, paprika & chili flakes to it. Add tomatoe paste and sour cream and mix it a few minutes. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Place a tortilla wrap in an oven spring form and give a bit sauce on it. Scatter cheddar cheese on top. Now make a few more layers like this.
Put the form in the oven at 160 degrees celsius circulating air for about 15 to 20 minutes. Now it is time to grab a piece and enjoy. Look at my other work.
