Ingredients:
1 paprika
4 small eggs
50g sundried tomatoes
50g jalapeno slices
50ml milk
50g breadcrumbs
salt, pepper
Cut the paprika in slices and remove the seeds. Cut the jalapeno slices and the sundried tomatoes in small pieces. Give the milk in a measuring cup and add salt, pepper, eggs, sundried tomatoe & jalapeno pieces and the breadcrumbs. Mix everything together. Place the paprika rings in a hot pan with a bit oil and fry them a minute. Now fill egg mix in the paprika rings.
After a few minutes turn them and fry them till they look good on both sides. Now it is time to enoy. Look at my other work.
