1000g minced meat
200g paprika slices
350g limburger cheese
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
a half cup jalapeno slices
salt, pepper, sweet paprika
Scatter salt, pepper & sweet paprika to the meat. Add breadcrumb, eggs & jalapenos and mix it. Form a rectangle and lay limburger cheese on it. Form a nice meatloaf with the cheese inside. Cover the meatloaf with paprika slices. Scatter salt & pepper on the meatloaf a lay it on an oven plate. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 40 minutes.
