This is a great recipe for crispy chicken that is similar to General Tao (but sweeter) Recipe below:
5 chicken breasts cubed, 4 eggs
Flour dredge
1 cup flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 tbs salt
2 tbs pepper
3 tbs ground ginger
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp sage
1 tbs paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Sauce:
1 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 gloves garlic
less than 1/3 tsp Asian 5 spice
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbs olive oil
