Honey BBQ Pork is one of my favorite protein choice especially for Sunday Dinner. This Quick and Easy Oven BBQ Pork Recipe will certainly be a crowd pleasing dish at your family dinner table or at any event.

HONEY BBQ PORK RECIPE

4lbs Pork Ribs/Chops (cut in half)

MARINADE
2 medium Onion
6 stalks Escellion/Green Onion
5 sprigs Thyme
10 cloves garlic
3″ piece of Ginger
1tbsp Pimento (All Spice )
2tsp Ground Cinnamon
1tsp Freshly Grated Nutmeg
2tbsp All Purpose Seasoning
1tbsp Mrs Dash (Salt free original blend)
3tsp Salt
2tsp Black Pepper
1tbsp Smoked Paprika
1tsp Jerk Marinade
2tsp Browning (Cooking Caramel)
2tbsp Dark Soy Sauce

BBQ SAUCE

3 Cups Ketchup
3tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
2tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
1/4cup Natural Honey
1/2tsp Cayenne Pepper
1tbsp Smoked Paprika
1tbsp Lime/Lemon Juice
1tsp White Vinegar
