I decided to make everyone’s favorite Vegan fried chicken. This is great mock meat that’s not only delicious but healthy. Now lets cook, let’s start with our Vegan Baked Cauliflower Mac and Cheese
Before you start this recipe family please wash your cauliflower, add 1 Teaspoon of vinegar and salt wash, be very gentle so the cauliflower doesn’t break.
After making your cheese sauce mix add to your cauliflower.
I added some oregano but you don’t have to. Shout out to no copyright music for those fire beats.

Mac & Cheese INGREDIENTS:
1 Whole chopped cauliflower florets, 1/2-inch pieces
1 Tablespoon Plant-Based butter
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 Cup Chickpea flour
2 cup vegan Just Egg this is optional but useful 😁
1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
2 cups Plant-based milk
2 Teaspoon hot sauce
2 Cup freshly grated Plant-based Cheese
1/2 teaspoons salt remember to be mindful of the salt in your cheese.
1 A teaspoon of Fresh Oregano chopped for the top layer and for taste.
Ingredients: Cauliflower Fried Chicken
Get Two bowls, one for seasoning, buttermilk, and your flour mix.
Flour Mix:
2 cups Gluten-free flour
1⁄2 cornmeal
1⁄2 cup cornstarch
1 cup chickpea flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
Seasoning mix:
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons mustard powder
1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
11⁄2 teaspoon dried thyme
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
Now let’s get the wet ingredients together.
Vegan buttermilk mix:
1 cup Vegan buttermilk (Add 2 teaspoon & 1 cup of plant-based milk set aside for 5 minutes)
2 cups Vegan egg ( Just egg )
1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
Now mix your Seasoning mix with your flour mix.
Dip your cauliflower chicken two times,
Set on a tray and put them in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Now add 4 cups of olive oil or your oil of choice to a pan.
