1.5kg – 2kg ribs

1 cup bbq sauce
3 sb sos tomato
2 sb mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 sb smoked paprika
2 sb garlic powder
2 sk garam
2 sk black pepper
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup air
Fresh rosemary

*saya guna BBQ sauce with honey & garlic
*boleh tambah 1 sb madu kalau suka

TIPS
* suhu oven boleh di adjust ikut kemampuan & kapasiti oven masing2
* untuk pembakaran kali kedua PENTING untuk buat step keluarkan ribs dari oven setiap 15-20 minit & sapu sos; bakar tanpa ditutup bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bahagian atas yg garing
