Homemade Lasagne – with Bèchamel Sauce

Hi All,
I used Béchamel sauce before in my Moussaka recipe, and thought I would try it out with my Lasagne recipe. It worked out so well and so tasty, that I wanted to share it with you 😉😊

Beef Ingredients:
– 750g mince beef
– 2x 400g can chopped tomatoes
– 1 onion
– 1 courgette
– 3 garlic cloves
– 1 pack of mushrooms
– paprika
– basil
– salt & pepper
– oregano
– tarragon
– 2 tbsp tomato paste
– dill
– fresh parsley

Béchamel Sauce Ingredients:
– 130g unsalted butter
– 130g plain flour
– 850ml milk (I used organic Soy Milk)
– Salt & Pepper
– Nutmeg
– 100g parmesan cheese, grated
– 3 egg yolks

Lastly, lasagne sheets. I always buy soft lasagne sheets which only take about 20 minutes to 30 minutes to cook when baking.
