Chicken Leg and thigh 9
dahi 2 tbsp
papaya paste 2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
tikka masala 2 to 3 tbsp
garam masala 1tsp
khatai powder 1 tsp
kashmiri chili powder 1 tsp
2 lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients in chicken and marinate for over night,before grilling add 2 tbsp butter and grilled.

cinnamon 2 sticks
bay leaf 7 to 8

bari ilaichi 1
paprika 1 tbsp
khatai powder 1 tbsp
kachri 2
cumin 1 tsp
Roast all the ingredients and grind it then add 1 tsp garlic powder and 1tsp ginger powder .1/2 tsp haldi powder 1 tbsp onion powder and mix all of them.
