Materials List:
1 Stick unsalted butter chopped up
1 Teaspoon dried Thyme
2 Tablespoons fresh finely chopped parsley
2 Teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1/4 Teaspoon smoked paprika
Sprinkle of cayenne pepper
Allow butter to sit and come up to room temperature until very soft.
Add all listed ingredients and mix with a fork.
Scoop the butter compound out onto plastic wrap or parchment paper.
Form the butter ensuring air is removed by rolling it around once wrapped.
Refrigerate until the compound has hardened before use.
Keeps in refrigerator two weeks or frozen for up to 6 months.
