I don’t fry chicken wings anymore ❗️ Families in Spain prepare them this way every day 🇪🇸

2 lb or 800 grams of chicken wings
Remove the extra parts
Soy sauce
Provencal herbs
Smoked paprika and salt
Turmeric
3 garlic cloves
Olive oil
Stir and leave for 20 minutes
Chop the potatoes (1 lb or 500 grams)
Boil for 5 minutes
Cut the onion into rings
Frying oil
Salt and pepper
Dried garlic and rosemary
Lay out the onion and chicken
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes (350 F or 180 C)
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1 teaspoon of adjika
1 teaspoon of pesto
1 teaspoon of honey
Smoked paprika
Grate the ginger
Mix well
