Healthy Meatball Recipe

$$$Let me know in comments video # 2 is a go or no go!!!$$$

Ingredients
– I package or 500 grams of ground beef, lamb or turkey
– Rolled oats – 1/2 cup soaked in hot water for 10 mins
– Spices – paprika, salt, cumin
– Garlic – 3 cloves – squeeze
– Marinara sauce – 1 bottle or 400 ml
– Broccoli – optional.
NOTE: if your ground meat is too lean add 2-3 tbs of fat of your choice. In case of lamb I didn’t use any additional fat. It was very juicy.

Mix ingredients. Form round and soft meatballs. Freeze for 15-25 mins until a little more solid. Fry in a small amount of oil. I used cold-pressed sunflower oil from Trader Joe’s.

Flip in 2-4 mins or when one side is golden color. After another 2-4 mins add marinara sauce. Add broccoli and simmer for 25 mins on low.

Serve with fresh herbs (basil or cilantro).
I love to add some sriracha to my meatballs too.

Enjoy 🙂
