Healthy Chinese Food Meal Prep – better than your local restaurant

–Chicken prep–
7 pieces of chicken thigh
1 tbsp olive oil
1 minced garlic
1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp white pepper
salt to taste

–Mushroom chicken–
1 minced garlic
1/2 tbsp olive oil
half of medium zucchini sliced half moon shaped
half container of sliced white mushrooms
half of Chicken prep (above)
1/2 cup stir fry sauce

–Kung Pao Chicken–
1 minced garlic
1/2 tbsp olive oil
crushed red peppers (as much as you want)
as many unsalted peanuts as you want (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup stir fry sauce
other half of Chicken prep
half of medium zucchini cut into cubes
1 red bell pepper cut into squares
1/4 cup chopped green onions

–Mahi Mahi Fish–
2 fish filets
1 lime juiced
1 tsp hot sauce (Cholula)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
cooking spray

–Tri-tip–
season with favorite rub and salt and pepper

–Frozen Veggies–

–Rice–
1 cup rice
2 cups water
Salt to taste
