Ghostly Guacamole
Ingredients
8 Ripe Avocados
1 Bunch Green Onions
1 Bunch Cilantro
1 Cup Green Goddess Dressing
1 Jalapeno
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Limes
Cumin Taste
Celery Salt to Taste
Tajin Seasoning to Taste
Directions
Remove meat from Avocados.
Clean Green Onions and cut into pieces, including stems.
Tear Cilantro into small bunches.
Peel Garlic.
Cut and clean Jalapeno, removes seeds.
Place all ingredients into food processor.
Zest Lime, and squeeze juice into food processor.
Add Cumin, Celery Salt, and Tajin.
Blend Until Smooth.
Additional Seasonings to flavor to your taste.
Monster Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
15 oz Chicken Breast, can, cooked, drained
3 Tbs. Mayonnaise, real
1 rib Celery, w/leaves, chopped
½ tsp. Celery Seed
1 Tbs. Parsley, fresh, chopped
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Red Food Coloring
Pimento Olives
Directions:
Place drained Chicken in a mixing bowl, add break up chunks, shredded.
Add Mayonnaise, Celery, Seed, Parsley, Salt and Pepper to taste.
Add Red Food Coloring and mix well.
Serve on slider buns with Olive eyeballs inserted on toothpicks.
Veggie Dip Recipe
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tbsp fresh chives
1 tsp dill
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
