Grilled Barbecue Sriracha Chicken

500gm chicken thighs with Skin

For the marinade:-
4tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp cup honey BBQ sauce
2tsp ginger garlic paste
1/6th tsp onion powder
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp sriracha
1tsp yellow mustard
1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
1tsp sweet paprika
1/4tsp smoked paprika
1tsp dried parsley
1tsp dried coriander leaves
1/6th tsp dried thyme
1/6th tsp dried oregano
1/6th tsp dried basil
Salt to taste
Combine all the above ingredients and marinate with chicken thighs. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3hrs.
Preheat oven to 200C
Place the marinated chicken on prepared grilling tray and grill for about 25-30 minutes turning halfway or until golden brown and chicken is cooked through.
